Brunswick Living has 4 units to choose from.
U101/201 located upper floors have specious balconies, U1 located ground floor have outdoor patio. There is no lift within the building. 10A is located right on the Main Street.
Extra person will not allowed after booking, please make sure you add correct person at time of booking, existing bedding is for couple, please advice if you need set up king- single Sofabed at least 48 hours before check in, $20 per night extra apply, need to be paid before check in.
Only registered guests are allowed in the unit.

There is laundromat few doors on your right.
If you need additional cleaning between staying, 48 hours notice for weekdays only, fee applies.
Please note there will be a $300 cost levied for the loss of keys or retention of keys after departure.
Checkout is at 10am to allow us time to clean. Please wash the dishes and tidy up the unit upon checkout.
No pet, No smoking and use of candles in any part of building.
Please respect our neighbors, if you plan on making a lot of noise consider going out for drinks/dinner as our neighbors love to sleep.
